CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.The CrossFit program takes an old school approach and combines it with hard work and commitment to allow you to achieve total fitness. CrossFit uses varied, functional movements at high intensities, scaled to your ability, for the maximum results, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless or your experience and fitness level.

CrossFit Fundamentals — $60 (One-time fee; See CrossFit Fundamentals below)

Unlimited Membership Fee — Monthly Membership $140.00

This package allows unlimited access to all sessions any day of the week. Discounts apply when paid in full for the year and also when adding additional family members.

Standard Membership Fee — Monthly Membership $115.00

This package allows 3 session visits per week per month.

10 Visit Package Fee — $175.00

Drop In Fee — $20.00 per class

Yoga — $10.00 per class / FREE TO MEMBERS

Paying per session allows you to work out in any class during the week. Payment is due prior to working out.

We currently accept payment via cash, check, and credit cards. All memberships require a voided check for automatic billing. All payments must be made in advance of training. Payment for CrossFit Fundamentals is due at time of scheduling. We have big plans for CrossFit Innovate. As we continue to increase the availability, quality, and quantity of our services, rates will change. Anyone who becomes a member under an existing rate may continue to pay that monthly rate for at least 6 months before having to absorb any rate increases.

CROSSFITFUNDAMENTAL

In order to start taking group classes you need to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. The way to do this is through our CrossFit Fundamentals class. CrossFit Fundamentals is comprised of 1 two hour weekend training session. We conduct CrossFit Fundamentals every Saturday at 9am and Sunday at 3pm. CrossFit Fundamentals is taught in a group setting that is fun and effective. CrossFit Fundamentals is a one time fee of $60. In order to participate in daily classes you must have either completed our CrossFit Fundamentals, be CrossFit level 1 certified, or have completed a similar course at another CrossFit affiliate. While this may seem a little overboard to some, this ensures that everyone starts with a similar base of knowledge. After completing our CrossFit Fundamental class you will be able to perform the workouts confidently, safely, and effectively. This will allow you to focus on your performance during daily workouts instead of wondering how to perform a correct air squat or how to setup your rower.
