There is no substitute for personal attention. In a private session, it is just you and a coach working to develop your athletic ability and proficiency with CrossFit. Special attention is paid to your individual goals and programming needs. Private sessions are a great way to practice a specific skill or hone in on some technique.If your schedule doesn’t allow you to train during our class times, One-on-One sessions allow you to work around what is convenient for you. With One-on-One training, you can ensure that you will have our undivided attention and coaching throughout the workout. These sessions are designed specifically around your fitness goals. Nutrition counseling and an initial body fat assessment will be conducted to track your results.

6 Session – $40 per session
12 Sessions – $35 per session
