As a Co-Founder of CrossFit Innovate, Mark is the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Company. With over 20-years of experience in physical fitness education and mixed martial arts, he currently holds two 2nd Degree Black belts in 2 different styles of Ju-Jitsu with additional rankings in Judo, Aikido and Ki Development. Mark serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Harrisburg Area Community College in Pennsylvania for the physical education fitness course relating to martial arts. Being a certified Paramedic, he also functions as the Chief Instructor for the Self-Defense for EMS continuing education classes for healthcare professionals. Mark is currently affiliated with the Harrisburg Judokai, United States Judo and Ju-Jitsu Associations, Eastern Ki Federation, and the Ki No Kenkyukai based in Japan.
