We are teaming up with Warrior Fitness Boot Camp and putting together a great training routine to help you get fit. As part of this program you will get to be involved in a full week of CrossFit classes at CrossFit Innovate at the end of the 6 weeks. This will help show you what can come next if you are interested in continuing your fitness goals.
Warrior Fitness Boot Camp is a 6 week program on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at Kentuck Park. We hold classes at 5:45 and 7:00 AM and well as afternoon classes at 5:30 and 7:00 PM.
