Why do CrossFit gyms charge more than big national chains?
Most CrossFit gyms charge from $100-199 per month. This is significantly more than a ‘globo-gym’ type membership for good reason. CrossFit trainers, using CrossFit methods, working with smaller groups of people, give much better results and a customized experience. Many of our clients that have previously paid personal trainers $55 or more per HOUR, feel that they have had much better results with our programs and methods. A cheap gym membership is a poor value if you get cheap results.
How soon will I see results?
Most of our clients see significant results after 2-3 weeks. By ‘results’ we mean you will feel stronger, look better, and feel better about yourself. Expect some muscle soreness, this is normal and means the program is working!

There is no perfect time to start. We are all busy, and it’s very very easy to find a reason to do something later. We are not immune to the procrastination trap either, so we know sometimes people need a little nudge. If you wait for the perfect time, you will never do it.

Do I need to be a serious athlete to do CrossFit or Boot Camp?
One of the best things about CrossFit Innovate is that every program is scalable to each individual’s fitness level, so whether you’re a serious athlete or working out for the first time, CrossFit Innovate is for you.

What is a WOD?
WOD stands for Workout of the Day.
Do I need prior experience to be a Crossfitter?
No. We will help you get started and make sure you are executing exercises safely.

What should I expect when I attend training sessions?
We are friendly! If it’s your first time, a trainer and other crossfitters will take you under their wing and help you. We ALL remember what it was like when we first started to WOD! If you choose to become an active member, your CrossFit experience and skills will differentiate you from the “globo” (generic, same old-same old) gym standards
I Am Visiting From Out of Town, Can I Drop In?
We love to have CrossFitters from out of town stop by our box. To drop into one of our classes, you must be a current CrossFit affiliate owner/trainer, or a client of an affiliate and have taken a CrossFit elements course and/or have been CrossFitting for at least 3 months. Please review our gym schedule before you contact us – then tell us the day/time(s) you are coming so we can give you approval and give the coach a heads up to expect you. We do not offer an open gym for visitors, you must pick a class to attend. The drop in fee is $20. You can pay by cash, check or charge at the CrossFit Innovate Facility.
How intense are the classes?
Our programs are all scalable to your fitness level. In other words, it’s you against the workout–you get to decide exactly how intense your workout will be.
What results can I expect?
You can expect to get in the best shape of your life with CrossFit Innovate. Melt away 5-10 unwanted pounds, get out of the gym for a not so traditional workout, and cut your personal training fees by ¾. You can also expect to get better core strength and a tighter backside, as well as functional strength and agility, that apply to sports and everyday life.
Are there shower facilities available at the CrossFit Innovate Facility?
Yes! Our facility does include two showers that are open for use by our clients. We do NOT supply towels!!!
