1. Endurance - The ability of body systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen.

Crossfit has completely changed the way I think about my body and my health. I can’t believe that after struggling with body
image issues since high school, I finally LIKE my body. I no longer care about the number on the scale; I just care about being
healthy. Because there are no mirrors, I don’t care what I look like when I’m struggling to finish a workout. You’ll see all kinds
of body types at Crossfit, but the common denominator is that they are all changing all the time…becoming stronger and more fit. I
love that the girls here aren’t all skinny minnies…they’re REAL people with REAL bodies….strong bodies. Drew and Josh have an
infectious enthusiasm and they really make you feel like you can do anything. Because of their encouragement, and the encouragement
of the other CFi members, I’ve done things at 32 years old that I couldn’t do when I was 18. I’m also a Type 1 diabetic. Crossfit
introduced me to the Paleo lifestyle and it’s made a HUGE difference in my health. I recently had my routine check-up with my
endocrinologist and my blood work showed significant improvements after only one month of doing Crossfit and following the Paleo
diet. Combining the workouts and the diet have given me fitness results that I can’t believe…decreases in body fat percentage and
increases in energy, stamina, and strength. I look forward to every workout because I know I’m going to see improvements in my
strength and endurance. If you’re thinking about joining Crossfit, I would tell you to stop thinking and DO IT. If I can do it,
anyone can!

WOW i use to do Crossfit with Drew at the other gym and until i started doing it here at Innovate i realize that i never really
did “crossfit”! I absolutely love it and i hurt and dont wanna go in the mornings but once i’m there and doing the workout with Drew
or Josh pushing you along cheering you on its GREAT! I have slept better than i have in years. I want to personally thank you guys
for opening this gym and having the faith that people will come and i believe that when word gets out on how GREAT this is and how
you can totally transform your body and mind into a complete elite athlete in just approximately 20 minutes a day the whole attitude
towards gyms will change. Thank you guys for helping cheer us along and keep us held to high standards in regards to our fitness and
health! You guys have been a true blessing to our family!

Having completed my first week of cross fit I feel a thank you is in order to you and Drew as well. I mean sure I can’t
straighten out my arms without pain and I have “ran” more this week than I have my whole life but I’m great! Just kidding.
Seriously I have really enjoyed this first week. I am still having to do a little unlearning so to speak compared to everything
learned in the past from other gyms. Cross fit is by far more challenging with I feel better results. Look forward to next week!

Just want to come clean…. I am addicted…
Seriously want to say that I have been a member of several gyms in my life. This is by far THE BEST. I was pretty nervous about starting
crossfit. This is not in my comfort zone because I am kind of a shy person. Josh, Drew, and all the crossfitters have all been really
nice and made me comfortable from the first day. I believe in this already and think I have finally found what I have been looking
for years. I really think I will be able to achieve my fitness goals with the encouragement of everybody at CFi.

CrossFit kicks my butt! I hate it while I’m there but feel good after I’ve worked out. I really like the encouragement so that
I don’t quit. I hate that I finish last but thanks to y’all realize that I’m not supposed to finish first after only two weeks of
the workout. So while I hate it, I LOVE it too! So thanks Josh and Drew! Y’all are the best!

Crossfit is definitely a love/hate relationship but it get’s results and that is what I love! I have more energy throughout the
day than ever before.

I’ve enjoyed my first two weeks of CrossFit. I have been working out/exercising for many years mostly with weights. However,
CrossFit has challenged me cardiovascularly. I haven’t really pushed myself like that since my high school football days, 15-16
years ago. It’s definitely not easy but it is fun. You realize how much you can push your body. When you think you are going to
die and then you don’t, man, that is an awesome feeling…lol!! No, but seriously, if you are up for a challenge…and the challenges
never end with CrossFit…because you can continuously strive to compete with yourself or others if you so desire, then I would
seriously consider this form of exercise. Josh and Drew do a great job of motivating you, as well. After two weeks I think I’ve
even noticed a change in my body. That is definitely a good thing, but even so, just doing the workouts will make you feel better
overall (after the initial soreness goes away). And that alone is worth doing it.

What does CrossFit Innovate mean to me and do I love or hate it? Well, I love it! CrossFit is the best workout program I have
ever done and now I can’t imagine doing anything else. I have been doing CrossFit for a little over a year and have been at CFI
since opening. I love the rush of completing the daily workout and especially love when I accomplish something new or see major
improvements in my personal abilities. I truly believe everyone should try CrossFit- no matter what your level of current fitness.
Being able to workout with a great small group and have at least one persoanl trainer with you at all times is awesome! Josh and
Drew are great trainers with a true passion for what they teach. They not only teach CrossFit- they live it! I look forward to
working out each day with the greatest group of people and I wish everyone would come try CrossFit Innovate!

CrossFit rocks–I’m no athlete – I’m actually pretty uncoordinated and goofy but hoping to be healthy and strong for myself and
those I love. Thank you to Josh and Drew for helping me to be better. Thank you to all of my workout buddies for helping me to be
better too! Our CFI family is the best! I encourage everybody to give it a shot!

Being perfectly honest – you have to be a bit of a badass to do Crossfit. To go through the challenges we do it takes an
intensity that comes from within supported by incredible trainers that really believe in you. The best part is that anyone can be
that badass. You just have to give it a shot. Crossfit may punish the specialist but it gave me the mental toughness to do a
marathon and the physical strength to get fit.
